2 rather important bug fixes were made today, the Setup Wizard on the site had been generating incorrect commands for the USBtrx433. Also the online control panel is now operational. Any users who tried the setup wizard for the usb utrx433 transmitter should re-run the wizard.

HomeAutom8.com now supports online control of your home from within your browser. Now you can automate your home from your PC, Mac, iDevice, Android device, Watch, command line and even from a browser in an internet cafe.

Any chance for supporting the HE853 USB dongle? Got this from "Praxis" to control my HomeEasy devices. Works great with the software from ELRO but the software has limited functionality. Before I start to develop stuff with the library for this USB dongle I found on the internet, I was wondering if you know about this transmitter and have plans to support it with the TCP2COM util maybe?

All HomeAutom8 tools on the downloads page have been updated. The new low cost USB transmitter from RFXCom is now supported with Tcp2Com v1.5

HomeAutom8 now supports the new low cost USB unit from RfxCom with the use of a very early test version of our Tcp2Com software. Dimming is not yet supported with the new unit, but will be very shortly in a later version of the software. However users can benefit from all other usual features such as the free pc version, the iPhone / iPad app and cloud scheduling.

Testers wanted! You can get the new version of Tcp2Com here: http://www.homeautom8.com/iAutomate/downloads/Tcp2Com-1.4-ALPHA.zip and we would love it if users of the old USB units could try it out as well las users of the new unit.

I’m very concerned about the quality of service I’m receiving from ******* with 19.5 hours down time in March. I too have customers that I need to look after, and this level of availability is in my opinion unacceptable for them.

I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of your services over the last year. Why could this be?

I have been a customer of yours for some time now, and would rather not have to go elsewhere. What can you do to fix this? How can we improve the uptime for my sites?

Recently we have been having terrible trouble with our website hosts, who for now will remain nameless (if you want to find out, its pretty easy). After contacting them repeatedly about this issue, I have received this response:

Thank you for contacting support. At this time your server is experiencing some issues. We have contacted the Network Admin team and they are looking into it. At this time there is no estimated time of repair. Thank you for your patients in this matter and have a great day.

Apple are taking their time to approve iAutom8 1.5.2 but the new version caches your account configuration to avoid a round trip to our servers every time you start the app.
